phone etiquette

If there is one thing I could be better at it is phone etiquette. It’s not that I am rude (I’m very nice….) but I have a bad habit of not returning calls. I don’t quite know why or how this came to be. Maybe its the fear of saying no or maybe I am too busy. But whatever it is, it’s not justifiable and it’s got to stop. So next time I don’t return your call, please slap me.
